Our story

A new chapter on Polk Street.

Long before Korean fried chicken took center stage, 1710 Polk Street was home to Hahn's Hibachi. By December 2021, the familiar address had entered a new chapter as Korean Soul Chicken, bringing crispy chicken and distinctive Korean flavors to the neighborhood.

Today, K Soul Chicken serves favorites like Galbi, Garlic & Jalapeño, and Yang Nyum chicken with its homemade special sauce. Alongside the chicken, barbecue plates and Korean comfort food keep the menu rooted in satisfying, familiar flavors.
